West Brom produced a startling result at he weekend, as Darren Moore's side knocked Leeds United off the top of the Championship with a 4-1 victory on Saturday afternoon.

It was the Baggies' first win in four games, after a run that had seen them only take one point from a possible 12 and that had heaped pressure on manager Darren Moore.

So has Moore silenced his critics for now?

We discuss.....

George Dagless

Yes - though I don't think there should have been many.

West Brom will challenge this season - every side goes through rough patches at times in the Championship.

A big result at the perfect time.

Sam Rourke

100% - Fairplay to him.

What a way to silence the haters - He executed the perfect game-plan against Leeds and came out with a standout result.

Moore clearly knows his players well, and he'll be looking to continue this run after the international break.

George Harbey

For now, yes.

It would have been a huge blow to lose Gayle for a few weeks and that would have put a downer on the training ground, but they have responded well with a fine result over Leeds.

Moore is a young coach and is bound to make mistakes at the moment.

Jay Taylor

There will always be critics, even in a 4-1 win but he has said all season that it’s horses for courses and he picks a side ad system depending on the opponent, and invariably this season he has got that correct.

Even after their poor recent run, it was a spectacular return to form for the club and a much-needed win.

Moore is doing a solid job and that win will do a lot to retain the admirers he currently has.
