Nottingham Forest have been linked with an ambitious loan swoop for Chelsea attacker Charly Musonda, according to the Telegraph.

The dynamic Chelsea player is on the periphery of Antonio Conte's first-team squad, and a loan move in this transfer window could be an option for the 21-year-old.

Leeds United are a team that should keep tabs on the attacking midfielder's situation at Stamford Bridge, especially with Samuel Saiz missing a number of games due to suspension.

Should Leeds hijack Forest's interest in Musonda?

We discuss....

Alfie Burns

I’m torn over Musonda.

The 21-year-old could be a good addition at Elland Road, but for me, I do think Leeds need to be prioritising other areas and bringing Championship experience to the club.

The Whites could do worse pieces of business this month, but chasing Musonda wouldn’t be my priority.

Chris Gallagher

What a signing this would be.

Whether Chelsea would be willing to send him to the Championship is debatable, but if they do he would be a real coup for Leeds.

Musonda has the creativity, skill and imagination that Leeds often lack and would be a big signing for most in the division.

George Dagless

On paper, yes.

Musonda is a top talent that needs to be given a platform to really showcase what he can do.

The young winger might just be on the brink of really kicking on and if Leeds can use that they'll be flying.

Sam Preston

He would be a quality signing.

He is bursting with energy, skill and pace but is waiting for an opportunity to show what he can do.

I don't think he would be overawed by playing for such a big club and I think he would add flair that is now lacking given Samuel Saiz's suspension.
