Sheffield United continued their impressive Championship form so far this season with an excellent 3-2 win over Millwall.

In what was a brilliant advert for Championship football at the Den, the Blades were ahead in the opening period when Billy Sharp nodded them in front shortly after seeing a penalty saved by Lions 'keeper Ben Amos.

However, the home side back through Lee Gregory and defender Jake Cooper.

The Blades though would not lie down, and summer signing David McGoldrick notched a brace, including a penalty and a late tap in, to give United the three points and send the away support back up the M1 a happy bunch.

Journeyman forward McGoldrick was a summer signing for United, arriving on a free transfer in a move many questioned at the time.

However, he has shown his worth once more, and plenty of Blades fans made their feelings known about McGoldrick on Twitter following the game...
