West Brom are yet to make a decision on who will permanently replace Darren Moore at the Hawthorns, with James Shan doing an excellent job as caretaker.  

The play-offs looks almost nailed on for the Baggies with seven games left to play, whilst there’s still an outside chance of Shan leading them back into the top-two after three consecutive victories.

And, it appears that Shan has the backing of many in the West Brom dressing room, with Rob Dorsett from Sky Sports sharing an update on Twitter that confirms senior players at the Hawthorns have told the club’s board that they are very happy with the work of the caretaker so far.

Whilst results are currently matching the dressing room’s enthusiasm, West Brom were in this position when Moore first arrived, with that ending badly.

That’s created some doubt and the West Brom faithful aren’t convinced that the senior players should have too much say.
