Wolverhampton Wanderers are enjoying a wonderful season in the Sky Bet Championship, with Nuno Santo’s men pulling four points clear at the top of the table following victory over Birmingham City on Monday.

Fifteen wins from their opening twenty have seen the club dominate the division, with only Cardiff City able to keep pace with the men from the West Midlands.

Portuguese boss Santo invested heavily, but wisely in the summer, securing the services of a plethora of top talent from across the world game.

The signing of striker Leo Bonatini will be of particular satisfaction to the former Porto boss, with the 23-year-old unknown Brazilian taking the division by storm following his arrival at the club.

Currently with Wolves on a season-long loan from Saudi side, Al-Hilal, Bonatini has expressed his desire to remain in Wolverhampton beyond the current campaign, in a move which will delight fans.
