What a season it has been for Wolves so far this year in the Championship and what a campaign it could still prove to be.

The men from Molineux have gone about asserting themselves at the top of the second tier and it is going to be a formidable side that stops them from taking the title.

Premier League football could be on the way, then, and Wolves will want to make sure some of their loan stars sign permanently with Diogo Jota and Leo Bonatini probably at the top of that list.

Indeed, according to The Mirror, they will be looking to get both in but what if, for whatever reason, they only have the capability to get one in.

Finances might not be tight at the club but in the modern game and with Jota and Bonatini on fire, there is every chance they're going to cost a fair bit.

Indeed, TeamTalk have said that Bonatini might be the subject of a £20 million deal with Wolves - despite cheaper agreements being hinted at earlier this season - and that would surely make Wolves think.

The Express & Star has suggested an 8-figure fee for Jota, too, though less than the £15 million for Ruben Neves but we're still looking at £30m at least for the pair.

Would it be worth that when Wolves could miss out on promotion - though not looking likely - or when you consider the vast amount of spending needed to compete in the Premier League?

It's all theoretical of course and Wolves will look to get both but there must be a chance they might decide against that and just keep one.

What a decision it would have to be.

Wolves fans, which one would you have of the two? Would you spend whatever it takes for both? Let us know!
