Sky Bet Championship promotion hopefuls Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing Wolves winger Ivan Cavaleiro on a loan deal until the end of the season, according to the Sun.

The electric winger played an integral role in the West Midlands side's promotion to the Premier League last year, but has been limited to just five league starts this term.

Leeds have been in the market for a left-sided winger throughout the duration of the transfer window, having already been linked with Swansea City's Daniel James and Bristol City's Callum O'Dowda.

But here, we discuss whether Cavaleiro would be the perfect option for Leeds...

George Harbey

"This would be an incredible signing for Leeds.

"I personally think that Cavaleiro is good enough to start in the Premier League for Wolves - he is such a good player and would add real pace and creativity to the Leeds team.

"They have been linked with Daniel James and Callum O'Dowda, but this one really is the pick of the bunch for me."

Jacob Potter

"This is exactly what Leeds need.

"He has the quality to change the course of a game on his own, and he would fit perfectly into this Leeds side.

"He should arguably be playing Premier League football, and this would be a major coup of Leeds were able to pull this deal off."

Louie Chandler

"What a cracking signing this'd be.

"A striker is not necessarily needed at Elland Road but if they can get someone of Cavaleiro's quality then they should.

"He could give them the added boost to get over the line."
