Ipswich Town
‘We’ve missed you’, ‘Positive news’ – Plenty of Ipswich Town fans are loving latest player update

Ipswich Town are set to be handed a welcome injury boost, with the news that Kane Vincent-Young is set to return to training.
The full-back has been ruled out of this year’s campaign with an achilles injury, which will have been a frustrating blow, after the defender was sidelined with a groin injury last term.
Ipswich boss Paul Lambert issued a promising update on Vincent-Young’s fitness in an interview with the club’s official website, and was hopeful that he could be involved in training as soon as Monday.
“Hopefully he starts with us on Monday. He’s a big player and we need him back. We need everybody back because it’s been gruelling.
“Hopefully he’ll come through fine from everything on Monday.”
Plenty of Ipswich Town supporters took to social media to react to the news that Vincent-Young is edging closer to a return to action.
Take a look at the best of the reaction from Twitter below….
A tiny crumb of positive news… although with our blatant inability to look after players it will probably be days before he breaks down again.

Should start a sweep stake. What date will he break down and require surgery and be injured for another year. Im taking Boxing Day – he will start and be subbed off after 23 minutes with a flare up

Don’t play him too early. Just listen to the physio and doctors…

Does this mean the constant aerial balls & back passes will stop? Fingers crossed he’ll help to bring back some positive forward moving football 🤞 #itfc https://t.co/bVdHOQkl9A
