Sheffield Wednesday head into Wednesday night's game with Luton Town looking for their first win in nine games.

Wednesday's form has really tailed off since Christmas with just one win in their last ten fixtures, leaving them sat six points outside the play-offs.

The Owls certainly have a strong squad, with some talent such as Jacob Murphy, Barry Bannan, and Kadeem Harris all plying their trade at Hillsborough.

Although Wednesday will have to rapidly improve results for any chance of top-six finish, there is no doubt Garry Monk possesses quality in his squad.

Here at Football League World, we have selected a five-a-side team from Wednesday's current crop of players, which may raise some eyebrows in the exclusions.

Here is our best Wednesday five-a-side team...

Although the 35-year-old hasn't featured for Wednesday in their last 14 league games, he would get the nod from us in a five-a-side game.

Westwood has amassed 304 Championship appearances, and the experienced shot-stopper would certainly prove hard to beat on a five-a-side pitch.

The 35-year-old would bring commanding experience to this five-a-side team and command his area, ensuring his side kept out as many chances as possible.

Again, experience has won a place for one of Wednesday's veteran players in our five-a-side team, with the 29-year-old turning out 224 times for the Owls.

Lees hasn't been as much as regular in Garry Monk's side this term due to injury, but when fit he captains the side perfectly and would do the dirty defensive work in this team.

Two experienced defensive players would allow more freedom and creativity up top in this five-a-side team.

The 30-year-old has been one of Wednesday's standout players this term, chipping in with seven assists so far this campaign.

In Wednesday's midfield he offers creativity and at 30 still posses pace that would be needed in a five-a-side team.

Bannan's experience would help the Owls control the midfield play, whilst also quickly moving the play forward and in and around the opposition penalty area.

A summer arrival from Cardiff City, Harris has turned out for Wednesday 28 times so far this term, scoring three goals and chipping in with three assists.

The 26-year-old offers raw pace and the ability to beat a man, whilst being able to pick out a killer pass.

Eyebrows were raised when Neil Warnock took the decision to move Harris out to Wednesday, but so far so good for the Yorkshire side with Harris fitting straight into our five-a-side team.

Based on this season, this is hardly a surprise, is it?

The 32-year-old had scored 12 goals in 22 league games, making him the Owls top goalscorer so far this term before his unfortunate injury at Brighton at the start of January.

Fletcher has proved this season he is still a natural finisher and some Wednesday fans will be forgiven if they were wondering where their team would be if he was still fit.

The striker would offer that natural finishing instinct needed in a five-a-side game, and his appearances would help him in his pursuit of returning to match fitness.
