West Ham and Leicester City have joined Liverpool in the race to sign Norwich City talent, Ciaren Jones according to Football Insider.

The youngster is yet to make an appearance for Norwich first-team, but he has been impressive for the club's under 23's side for the majority of this year's campaign in Premier League 2.

The Canaries have high hopes for the central defender, but they face a real battle to keep hold of him ahead of next season, with a number of clubs interested in signing him now.

Liverpool are also said to be interested in a deal to bring Jones to Anfield, so it's going to be a closely-fought battle to try and land his signature.

But Jones won't be rushing into a decision, and he could be tempted to remain at Carrow Road, especially with promotion edging closer.

Daniel Farke's side can confirm promotion today if they beat Blackburn Rovers in the late kick-off in the Championship this evening.

If they can do that, then Jones will be hoping that he can force his way into Farke's plans in the first-team at the earliest of opportunities.

Otherwise, a move elsewhere could be on the cards in the summer with a trio of clubs already interested.

The Verdict:

He's clearly got something about him.

You don't attract interest from Premier League clubs just by chance, and it's going to be an interesting summer ahead to see where his future lies.

Jones will have to consider his next move carefully as it could make or break his career.
