Premier League side West Ham United are preparing a summer swoop for Norwich City full-back Martin Olsson according to the Daily Star.

The Swedish international is unlikely to want to stay at the club and West Ham have made themselves as a possible exit for the 26-year old.

The Swede joined Norwich at the start of the season for an undisclosed fee from Blackburn Rovers.

The 26-year old signed a four-year deal at the club and during his time he scored one goal in 27 league appearances but now it seems he wants out.

With West Ham set to miss out on Aaron Cresswell, who seems to be moving Leicester City, they have set their sights on the Norwich full-back in a cut price deal to bring him back into the Premier League following his club's relegation.

It is rumoured that he will be available for as little as £750,000 but nothing has been confirmed on the money front. It is believed though that West Ham have made an approach to sign him and the deal will go ahead even if Sam Allardyce is dismissed from his managerial post.
