West Bromwich Albion make move to sign QPR midfielder

Premier League side West Bromwich Albion have made a move to sign Queens Park Rangers midfielder Sandro, according to Sky Sports.

The 26-year-old signed for QPR from Tottenham Hotspur but failed to impress during the club’s stay in the Premier League, and was ultimately relegated with them.

He was caught in a spot of bother last summer after it was found that he didn’t have a proper Visa to work in the UK, before he was granted one later in August.

The Brazilian’s now being chased by Premier League side West Bromwich Albion, amid interest from strugglers Sunderland, despite only playing four appearances in the Championship this season.

It’s understood that West Brom have enquired into to taking him on loan for the rest of the season, which would take a hefty chunk out QPR’s already heavy wage bill, providing them with some much needed financial relief.
