The Baggies have already added James McClean in the wide position this summer but they are interested are bringing Noone to the Hawthorns to bolster their squad ahead of the Premier League season.

The 27-year-old has Premier League experience with Cardiff City and his direct dribbling and skill could make him an asset to West Bromwich Albion, something that will surely enhance their chances of achieving a top half finish in the top-flight next season.

Cardiff City have already allowed Adam Le Fondre and Tom Adeyemi to leave the club on loan to Wolves and Leeds United respectively, as Cardiff boss Russell Slade looks to re-shape the squad that finished 11th in the Championship last season.

The Bluebirds have added Sammy Ameobi this summer in the wide position to compete with Matthew Kennedy,  Anthony Pilkington and Craig Noone this season - but Noone may be set for the exit door with Tony Pulis' West Bromwich Albion vying for his signature.
