West Brom are looking like the team who are hitting the right form at the right time in the Championship at the moment.

A last minute win in mid-week over QPR was a good result which propelled them right into the promotion mix ahead of a crunch tie with Sheffield United this weekend.

The Baggies have taken their time to get going given the squad they have at the Hawthorns, but there has been some fine performances along the way, performances which have shown just how good the Baggies can be when they want to be.

That sort of form is going to take them far if they can consistently produce it, and we here at FLW got thinking about the course of the season and when Darren Moore's men have impressed us the most.

With that, we delved into THREE of the best performances from West Brom this season so far...

This was a performance from Albion what made everyone sit up and take notice really.

Leeds were flying, and a 4-1 demolition job put the Baggies right on the Championship map, while also showing a blueprint on how Leeds could be got at.

A superb display, and one they could do with replicating a few times over between now and the end of the season.

Although a poor first half which saw Albion go in level, somewhat luckily, the second half display was a masterclass in game management.

The imperious Gareth Barry marshalled the Blades midfield out of the game, while Harvey Barnes ran riot going forward.

It was a vital win against a promotion rival, and a second half Darren Moore will be very pleased with.

A more recent result but one of huge importance, the Baggies were efficient as can be in their 2-0 win at Villa.

It was a vital win too, knowing that games with local rivals can often be the sticking point for some teams.

If West Brom play like this between now and May, they will go up in the top two for sure.
