According to Gloucestershire Live, Cirencester Town and Hartpury striker Owen Windsor could be set for a big move to West Brom.

The 17-year-old forward has impressed in non-league football so far in his early career and, hence, West Brom are apparently ready to try and bring him in as soon as possible.

The Baggies are undergoing a summer of change by the looks of things.

A new manager is to come in, whilst several players' futures remain up in the air.

The likes of Jay Rodriguez, Salomon Rondon and Rekeem Harper could all potentially leave the Hawthorns in this window and so replacements will be needed.

Of course, it is unlikely that Windsor would provide that to the senior side straightaway but he is a bright talent and one that could develop nicely at a club with a good track record of doing just that.

The Verdict

Fans always like to see a new face come in and when it's a young player there is excitement to see them develop.

Baggies supporters will be no different, of course, but they will also hope to see their side bring in a few more experienced names too in this window.

What they need in order to do that, though, is get in a new manager before too long and until that is resolved they surely won't be making any big moves.
