Premier League side West Brom are considering a move for Fulham full-back Kieran Richardson according to the, Birmingham Mail.
West Brom are preparing to launch a bid to reunite Kieran Richardson with the club as they prepare to look to new team additions following the likely signing of Joleon Lescott.
The Baggies have been alerted to the availability of the former Manchester United defender following Fulham’s recent relegation into the Championship.
Richardson is a big earner at the club and they may need to cut-their wage budget down and following the shock departures of Brede Hangeland and Steve Sidwell, it is expected Richardson is next.
He does currently have 12 months left on his contract but it is thought that the versatile full-back will want to play Premier League football next season.
It is being rumoured that the Baggies will initially offer around £1 million for Richardson but Fulham will be holding out for more.
It is believed that fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace are also monitoring the Fulham man and could prove to be stern competition in the race for his signature.
