Nottingham Forest have every right to feel hard done by after being on the end of a dive this week.

They were on course for a 2-1 win against West Brom, a result that would have seen them edge closer to the top six under Martin O'Neill. As the game flowed away from the Baggies, Dwight Gayle took matters into his own hand and took a tumble for a late penalty.

That cost Forest two points, possibly two vital points in their quest for a play-off spot. Retrospectively, Gayle has now been banned for two games but the Forest fans are still not happy.

Some feel they're being punished twice, with Gayle set to miss a game against Aston Villa, one of Forest's play-off rivals. There's also some who feel a two-game ban isn't enough given the outcome of the match and how it hinged on the dive.

They're now left to rue the second supposed injustice of the season, hot on the heels of Kemar Roofe's handball which cost them points earlier in the season.

There's certainly a feeling amongst Tricky Trees' fans that in this case, cheats have prospered.
