Reading are a team in turmoil after a dismal run of form of late.

The Royals have won just two of their first twelve league games, and will be surprised not to find themselves in the relegation zone after seven defeats from twelve games.

Paul Clement has become a man under scrutiny in recent weeks, with his side's weak mentality and vulnerability especially in the second-half of games.

The Royals had led twice away at both Brentford and West Brom in the second half, before being held to a 2-2 draw and being thumped 4-1 respectively.

It's going to be a very important January for the Berkshire club with the January transfer window looming, and Clement will be looking to strengthen his side to avoid any sort of relegation battle, which seems quite likely at the moment.

On the contrary, there are bound to be some players that will be itching for a loan move away from the Madejski Stadium due to a lack of game-time.

With that being said, here, we take a look at two Reading players that will be looking for a loan move away in January...

Many Reading fans have been crying out for Loader to make a bow in the first-team this season due to a lack of firepower up front, but the 18-year old is still waiting for his first appearance this term.

The forward has netted six goals in seven games for the Royals' under-23 side this term, and if he isn't going to get any game-time in the first team, then perhaps a loan move away is most beneficial.

Ben House is another player, like Loader, who has been finding the back of the net on a consistent basis for the club's under-23 side, but there are many players in front of him in the pecking order.

He will therefore need to prove himself elsewhere before he gets a chance, with competitive lower league football much more beneficial than the U23s
