According to the Bristol Post, Bristol City are interested in signing Arsenal youngster Eddie Nketiah on loan, as Lee Johnson looks to overhaul his squad in the summer.

The 19-year-old has been limited to just six appearances for the Gunners this season, playing just under 10 minutes of Premier League football for Unai Emery's men despite impressing under Arsene Wenger last term.

The England under-21 forward has scored two goals in four games for the Young Lions, netted a brace on his home debut for the North London club against Norwich last season.

With the club also interested in signing Middlesbrough forward Britt Assombalonga and Aston Villa striker Scott Hogan, we discuss whether Nketiah would be a good signing for the Robins...

George Harbey

"I think Nketiah is a very promising talent and would be an excellent signing for City.

"He showed his ability under Wenger last season, but has been unable to make an impact under Unai Emery this time around.

"A loan move would be best for the youngster, that's a fact, although where would he fit in if the club signed Assombalonga and Hogan?

Toby Wilding

"Bristol City certainly have form for using young players from Premier League clubs effectively - look at the likes of Tammy Abraham and Jay DaSilva.

"Nketiah has shown flashes of potential without really getting a full opportunity at The Emirates, so a move to Ashton Gate could allow him to prove himself.

"This could be a good move all round."

Louie Chandler

"This could be a great signing.

"Johnson has shown in the past that he has a real eye for spotting young and exciting strikers so if he sees something in the Arsenal man then they should act on it.

"At 19, there are no guarantees that he will be a success but it is well worth the risk in my eyes."
