Plenty of Nottingham Forest fans have taken to social media to react to the news that Reds goalkeeper Brice Samba has been named as the Championship Player of the Month for November.

The 25-year-old has been a revelation since joining Forest in the summer and has played a key role in the Reds' promising start to the campaign under Sabri Lamouchi.

Since replacing Aro Muric as Lamouchi's first-choice shot-stopper, Samba has made 14 appearances in the Championship. He's pulled off a number of spectacular saves, has conceded just ten goals and has kept an impressive six clean sheets in the league.

The French-Congolese goalkeeper had an excellent month in November, helping the Reds pick up three wins and a draw from their five league matches. He pulled off 13 saves in those games, conceded just two goals and kept three clean sheets.

Samba won the award with 21 per cent of the vote and beat off competition from the likes of Hull City ace Jarrod Bowen, Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic and his Forest teammate Matty Cash.
