When you ask Leeds fans to reflect on their season so far, they'd probably say that it's been good but it is clear what areas need improvement.

For sure, Thomas Christiansen has done a good job in charge of the men from Elland Road so far this campaign but many will say that club needs to find a way of competing with more physical sides.

Indeed, when they have come up against the likes of Millwall and Cardiff City they have been found wanting and so we'd say they need to bring in an extra force in the middle of the park to add some physicality.

With that in mind, then, we'd suggest Serbian midfielder Radosav Petrovic, who currently plays for Sporting CP, with him standing at 1.93 metres and the perfect example of a midfield shield in front of defence.

Of course, Eunan O'Kane and Kalvin Phillips deserve credit for the way they have started this year and this signing is not to say they will all of a sudden get demoted to the bench but we do think Leeds need a powerful option to call upon.

Indeed, in games like the one with Cardiff away, Petrovic would surely start, cut balls out, dominate physical battles and give Leeds' more attacking players the base on which to build.

It's certainly something that the Whites are lacking at the moment and so a Petrovic type player must be on top of the shopping list in the next transfer window.
