10. Michael Sollbauer
Before getting into this list, it is worth noting that it has been a difficult decision to rank the valuations of their players at the moment with so many in the squad having been crucial to their success this term. The likes of Jordan Williams, Toby Sibbick, Aapo Halme, Brad Collins and Dominik Frieser could all have made the top ten but just miss out for us.
Coming in at tenth place then is Michael Sollbauer. The experienced defender has been a very dependable performer for the Tykes throughout the campaign whenever he has been selected. He has managed to make 37 appearances and 34 starts in total in the league this term and helped Barnsley record six clean sheets in those matches.
The 30-year-old has recently insisted in an interview with Transfermarkt that he plans to play at the highest level possible for a good few more years to come. His experience and leadership qualities have proven to be very valuable for Barnsley during his time at Oakwell so far, and he could play a key role in their play-off bid.
