Crystal Palace are lining-up a bid for Queens Park Rangers' Ebere Eze, reports Football Insider.

Palace boss Roy Hodgson is said to be preparing a £15 million bid for the 21-year-old, who's been involved in 16 goals this season (ten scored, six assisted).

He's been linked with a move to the Premier League for some time now - Tottenham and Manchester City have shown passing interested in the past but this season, Southampton emerged as candidates to sign him, whilst Jose Mourinho's Spurs reignited their interest in Eze.

The news hasn't gone down well with QPR fans though. They've this week lost Nahki Wells and will tomorrow see him grace the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium in a Bristol City shirt.

Plenty of QPR fans have had their say on the matter, in the Facebook group 'The Optimistic QPR Supporters Page' - here's some of the best reactions:

Tom Faulkner: Bye bye Eze.

Pontus Gunlycke: If we got £20 million it's fine. We need the money to buy a proper defence and a striker in the summer window.

Mick Walters: I'm sure he'll go. Kind of makes sense if we can reinvest into the squad. If not then God help us.

Brian Shelton: Straight swap fro Zaha?

Mike Gale: Staying, going Spurs in the summer.

Michelle Lark: As long as it's not for silly money, we need to b selling at a good price with maybe a sell-on fee as well.

Julian Pottle: Fake news.
