Millwall have experienced something of a mini upturn in form of late, with new manager Gary Rowett having seen his side record two wins and one draw in his first four games in charge at the New Den.

The incoming of the former Birmingham City boss has clearly galvanized the Lions squad after what has been a pretty poor start to the campaign, with a run of games without a win leading to Neil Harris walking away from his post as manager.

One player who has certainly performed well for the Bermondsey based club this term is Bartosz Bialkowski, with the 33-year-old having put in a string of strong showings between the sticks since arriving on loan from League One club Ipswich this summer.

However, despite his strong showings, there are fears amongst sections of the Millwall faithful that the Polish keeper could opt to not extend his spell at the New Den, despite the club clearly open to signing him permanently after his fine form.

Fans today took to Facebook to discuss the situation surrounding the keeper, and here we take a look at some of the fan's comments in response to the Bialkowski news via social media.

Mark Garlick: He has saved us so many points this season except against QPR but we are all human. We have to sign him up.

Vernon Weatherston: Sign him up then.

Mark Colfer: Bit more concerned about the players whose contracts expire in the summer. Jed, Hutch being just two of those.

Tony James: He's an accident waiting to happen, some of the things he's got away with is bizarre ... but he is a good shot-stopper.

Robert Cook: Must sign him, great goalkeeper.
