Sheffield United have experienced another terrific start to a Championship season with Chris Wilder's side currently sat in third place in the table.

A 4-1 win against Aston Villa at Bramall Lane in their last match really got the fans excited and dreaming of a possible promotion back to the Premier League.

John Fleck, Oliver Norwood, Billy Sharp and David McGoldrick have all impressed for the Blades so far and they are a side that nobody will want to be playing any time soon.

But, there will already be a few names at the club that will have caught the eye, with moves in January possibly being lined up already.

There are also players who are currently more out of favour at the club as well who will be keen to get a move in early 2019.

Here are TWO players we expect to leave the club in the winter window...

The centre-back has fallen out of favour at the club and is unlikely to break into the side ahead of John Egan, Jack O'Connell or Chris Basham.

At 31 it is possible that the player will be keen to move on in order to play as much as possible for the final years of his career.

With his contract due to run out in 2020, the club could be keen to cash in whilst they could still get a decent fee for him.

Another centre-back who could be on his way out is Jake Wright, who moved to the club from Oxford United two seasons ago, but has struggled for games.

At 32, and with plenty of League One experience there will no doubt be plenty of people willing to take him either on loan until the end of the season or on a permanent deal.
