Marcelo Bielsa’s impact at Leeds United has been impressive, with the Argentinian transforming a struggling squad into one of the Championship’s most fluid sides.

Leeds stumbled to a mid-table finish under Thomas Christiansen and Paul Heckingbottom last season, with it looking like many of the club’s players weren’t up to the challenge of a promotion push.

Since arriving, Bielsa has cleared a number of players out, but he has chose to work with plenty of others who looked finished at Elland Road.

Many of those players look excellent after a summer of working with Bielsa, with Leeds still unbeaten after eight fixtures of the Championship season.

Promotion is going to be Leeds’ aim this season, but even after a great start, nothing is guaranteed, as Leeds’ supporters know.

Whether it is with Leeds or without them, next season, a number of Leeds’ players should be playing Premier League football.

Here at FLW, we take a look at THREE of them…

Saiz is now in his second year with Leeds, with the 27-year-old continuing to impress.

The playmaker is a real talent, but at the age he is, he needs to be testing himself at the top level.

If promotion isn’t achieved, Premier League clubs will come knocking.

Like Saiz, Jansson is a player that will attract Premier League interest if he continues to impress.

The centre-back is a full Swedish international, who will be another wanting to test himself at the top level of the English game.

Interest might even come in January for Jansson if he continues to produce performances like he did against Preston on Tuesday.

Harrison is only on loan at Leeds, with the winger set to return to Manchester City at the end of the season.

He is already showing major signs of improving under Bielsa, and if that continues, City will want to see what he can offer in the Premier League next year.

It might not be in City’s impressive squad, but a loan move elsewhere in the top-flight could be a possibility.
