Things are looking good for Millwall in the Sky Bet Championship, with Neil Harris’ side looking set for the most unexpected of play-off appearances.

Millwall’s 2-0 victory over Bolton Wanderers last night saw them leapfrog Middlesbrough and take control in the race for sixth ahead of the final four fixtures of the season.

Harris’ full focus will be on finishing the season on a positive note and guiding his side into promotion contention, with very little thought given to the summer and a looming transfer window.

However, changes will be made to the squad at the Den in the summer, despite this season’s impressive Championship return.

Harris will surely want to once again improve the quality of player in his squad, but departures will also be on the agenda.

With that in mind, we take a look at the summer and THREE players we are expecting to be on the move before July 1st

Cahill’s return to Millwall has coincided with a huge upturn in results and a surge towards the play-offs.

The role the Australian has played off the field is unknown, but he has hardly contributed on the pitch, which means Harris might be happy to see him depart at the expiration of his short deal.

Toffolo arrived at Millwall in January, but only on a deal until the end of the season.

The youngster has found opportunities limited under Harris and isn’t likely to be a player taken forward into next season.

Shackell is on-loan at Millwall from Derby County, but is another not featuring regularly.

The 34-year-old will return to his parent-club in the summer and it would be a surprise to see Millwall attempt to bring him back to the Den.
