West Brom take on Sheffield United on Friday evening, in what is sure to be one of the games of the weekend in the Championship.

Darren Moore’s side will be eager to justify their pre-season promotion credentials in this one, as they have struggled to build on their excellent start to the season.

The Baggies have drawn their last two league games against Brentford and Aston Villa which has seen them slip to 5th in the Championship table.

Moore has had his fair share of injuries to deal with this season and he will be hoping that his key men can step up and perform to a high standard against Chris Wilder’s side this evening.

A win would take West Brom back above their opponents, and it’s vital they get a positive result in this one, as they need to stay within touching distance of Norwich and Leeds at the top of the table in the Championship.

But how do we expect Moore’s side to set up against the Blades on Friday evening?

The Baggies skipper has led from the front this season and is sure to be one of the first names on the team-sheet.

Gayle has 10 goals to his name but has only made 13 starts for Darren Moore’s side this season.

He has suffered from his fair share of injuries this season, but he has been kept out of the side by Hal Robson-Kanu in recent weeks but has returned recently due to the Welshman picking up an injury himself.

Gayle will need to take his chance in the side to stake a claim for a regular starting spot and he could give the Sheffield United defence the run-around on Friday evening if he is to hit top form.
