Football League World's Swansea City fan pundit Jacob Bellayuto says the club should be demanding at least £10 million for Andre Ayew's services during the January transfer window.

GhanaSoccernet reported on Sunday that Leeds United were interested in bringing him to Elland Road during the upcoming winter window, something that would leave a big hole in the Swans' attack.

And Bellayuto believes that his side are in a strong position to demand a hefty fee.

"The fans at Swansea like him and I would hate to see him leave in bad taste as opposed to the good Swansea player he has been for us.

"A price that I think could be good for us would be at least £10 million.

"We are under no pressure to sell, so we should be on the lookout for a good deal, and only let him go for a good price."

QUIZ: Can you remember the outcome of Swansea’s last 15 Boxing Day matches?

So far this season, Ayew has played 20 times in the Championship, netting seven goals and assisting a further five and appears to be thriving under Steve Cooper.

In total, during his four years in South Wales, the 30-year-old has 21 goals in 68 appearances.

As things stand with 22 matches played, the Swans sit in 10th place, with a 3-1 weekend win against Middlesbrough moving them back to within a point of the play-off places.

Leeds, on the other hand, are sitting comfortably inside the automatic promotion places with ten points separating them from third-placed Preston North End.

This weekend sees Swansea clash with Luton and the fans will be praying that it is not one of the last matches he plays for the club.
