There was plenty for Leeds United to be positive about on Saturday afternoon, as Thomas Christiansen’s side continued their mini revival in the Sky Bet Championship with a hard-fought victory over Norwich City at Elland Road.

Pontus Jansson’s header, which came late in the first-half, was all that separated Leeds and Norwich on Saturday, as the Whites continued their surge towards the play-offs, with Christiansen’s side now just a single point behind Sheffield United.

However, whilst a lot of focus is on Leeds’ good run of recent form, Christiansen was quick to highlight a problem, with the club’s supporters coming in for criticism from Christiansen, in an interview with the Yorkshire Evening Post, with the Leeds boss less than impressed with their reaction towards Jay-Roy Grot.

Grot was introduced as a second-half substitute on Saturday, but failed to make a major impact on the game, with Christiansen forced to defend the Dutchman after he received criticism.
