West Bromwich Albion have recently been linked with the loan signing of Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher, as per the Athletic.

Slaven Bilic will be eager to strengthen his squad this summer as his side gear up for a potential return to the Premier League; the Baggies sit second in the league standings ahead of the final nine games of the season.

One player who Albion are said to be ‘big admirers’ of is Chelsea youngster Conor Gallagher, who has spent this season away from Stamford Bridge on loan in the Championship.

Do you know where these 18 ex-West Brom players are playing now?

The young midfielder joined Charlton Athletic in the first half of the season, scoring six goals and adding four assists for the struggling Addicks.

Then, in order to further his development in the second half of the season, the 20-year-old joined play-off chasing Swansea City, where he has since chipped in with five assists.

Albion are reportedly prepared to offer Gallagher first-team football should he move to the Hawthorns next season, as per reports from the Athletic, with midfield likely to be an area that Bilic looks to add reinforcements to.

Romaine Sawyers and Jake Livermore have been regulars for Albion in their bid for promotion this term, however whether the likes of Chris Brunt, Gareth Barry and Rekeem Harper are suitable back-up options in the top-flight is a mystery.
