Premier League Watford have now joined the chase for Henri Lansbury and Scott Hogan, according to the Sun.

The highly rated Championship pair - who play for Nottingham Forest and Brentford respectively - are both expected to move on in January, with numerous clubs interested in their services.

However, Watford appear now to be the latest club to throw their name into the hate for both players, with the Hornets desperate for new faces in the transfer window.

Midfielder Lansbury is the victim of a long running transfer saga which has seen him linked with Celtic, Derby and more recently Aston Villa. But with Watford now putting their name into the mix, Lansbury will have a decision to make on where he takes his career next.

Striker Hogan has been in red hot form for Brentford, smashing in 14 goals already this term, and the Bees have already rejected big money advances from West Ham.

However, money does talk in football as we know, and both players will more than likely move on before the window closes. Watford may well be the club who prize both players away.

Forest and Bees fans, what do you think to this? Would Watford be a good move for either player? Let us know your thoughts!
