Fulham enjoyed a resurgence in the 1990's which saw them rise from the Third Division too the First Division thanks too investment from Mohamed Al Fayed.

They reached the Premier League by 2001 and established themselves over the years, finishing mid-table under the management of Chris Coleman.

After an abject 2007/08 season they brought in former Switzerland manager Roy Hodgson and the gamble paid off with Fulham recording a record 7th place finish.

In their second season under Hodgson they shocked the football world by reaching the Europa League final, beating Juventus and Hamburg on their way but were beaten by Atletico Madrid in the final.

After some further success under Mark Hughes and Martin Jol their Premier League performances dwindled with them evolving into relegation candidates, and in the 2013/14 season they were relegated to the Championship.

They have struggled in recent years in the Championship and sold star strikers Moussa Dembele and Ross McCormack but some good purchases have made Fulham start well and they currently sit 2nd.

We've decided to take a look at Fulham goals, and have attempted to pick out the THREE best Fulham goals from all-time...

Pajtim Kasami

The Greek midfielder lit up the Premier League with a stunning strike against Crystal Palace in a relegation six pointer.

Fulham had made a shocking start to the season under Martin Jol losing 4 of their opening 6 games.

After a morale boosting home win over Stoke they travelled to Palace searching for their first away win in what was billed an early relegation 6 pointer.

It started terribly for Fulham who went behind too a Mariappa goal but Kasami equalised moments later after Sascha Riether's floated pass was taken on the chest by Kasami, who in one fluid movement unleashed a dipping volley over Speroni, stunning the home crowd.

Jon Harley v Aston Villa

Fulham were having a relatively disappointing season in the 02/03 campaign which resulted in the sacking of Jean Tigana in mid-April and he was replaced by Chris Coleman.

The 14th place finish didn't satisfy Fulham fans but victory in the Intertoto Cup was something to sing about.

They reached the third round of the UEFA Cup and gave Coleman a good platform to build off and one of the highlights of the season came when Jon Harley scored a sensational winner against Aston Villa.

Gareth Barry had given the visitors and early lead but Malbranque levelled before Harley who had arrived from West London rivals Chelsea, unleashed a sipping strike that crept in under the bar.

Zolten Gera v Hamburg

Fulham have come a long way since Al-Fayed's takeover and after gradual improvement in the Premier League under Coleman, Roy Hodgson took them to another level.

After recording a record 7th place finish they qualified for the UEFA Cup and went on a dream run fans could only dream of.

They'd already picked up impressive wins over Shakhtar and Wolfsburg plus an incredible comeback win over European giants Juventus to reach the semi-finals.

A scrappy 0-0 in Germany was followed by a tense game at the Cottage where the Germans took the lead through a strike from Petric.

Fulham fought back though and Simon Davies equalised before Gera's scrappy late winner sent them through to the final and sent the Cottage into raptures.

It was an amazing sign of how far the club had come even if they did lose the final to Atletico Madrid.
