Many West Bromwich Albion fans have taken to Twitter to react to Kenneth Zohore's display in the club's 1-0 defeat to Stoke City at the Hawthorns.

The forward, who joined the Baggies for an undisclosed fee last summer from Cardiff City, was brought on as an early replacement for Grady Diangana after the winger suffered an injury.

Despite scoring in his previous two appearances for West Brom, Zohore struggled throughout last night's clash with the Potters as the visitors sealed all three points.

Although the Baggies initially made a positive start to proceedings, Stoke took the lead against the run of play as Tyrese Campbell fired past goalkeeper Sam Johnstone in the ninth minute.

Following the break, the Potters missed a great opportunity to double their advantage as Lee Gregory fired wide when well-placed.

Yet despite the hosts dominating possession during the latter stages of the fixture, Stoke held on to secure their fourth away league victory of the season.

As a result of this defeat, West Brom squandered the chance to move four points clear of their nearest rivals Leeds United in the Championship standings.
