Sunderland are having a nightmare of a campaign and it's starting to look likely that they are going to be a League One side before too long.

Despite brief spikes of hope during this campaign, things in recent weeks have really started to look bad at the club and their loss against Bolton last night really has started to paint the writing on the wall.

For sure, they can still get safe but they just don't look good enough to achieve that right now and it's pretty clear things away from the pitch are in utter disarray too.

It's not a good environment for Chris Coleman to be trying to work in, then, nor would it be for many managers.
