Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Warburton has revealed that Lee Wallace is back training and will be assessed tomorrow ahead of the Cardiff clash this weekend, whilst also offering an update on Bright Osayi-Samuel.

The Hoops take on Cardiff City at the Kiyan Prince Foundation stadium this weekend in the Championship and will be eager to bounce back from the loss against Barnsley mid-week at Oakwell.

It remains to be seen whether Wallace and Osayi-Samuel will feature against the Bluebirds, though, with both missing out for different reasons on Tuesday night.

Warburton, though, cut a hopeful figure, in his press conference, on both players as he offered an update on Wallace's injury and Osayi-Samuel's contract situation:

The Verdict

QPR know it is going to be tough this weekend against a Cardiff side that is hard to beat and well organised under Neil Harris.

They have had plenty of possession in their games have the Hoops, it's just making those periods where they are on top count.

Certainly, having Osayi-Samuel back in the side in particular will help them in that aim but it remains to be seen just whether he does make the line-up - you'd think if he did things will have perhaps finally been resolved.
