Leeds United’s pending deal to take midfielder Federico Viviani has appeared to have stalled, according to Inside Football.
A deal to take the former Italian Under 21 international on a season long loan deal from Serie A side AS Roma had seemingly been agreed, but there has been a slight hitch in proceedings.
According to Sky Italia, there are still a number of personal issues to be sorted out between both parties before any deal can be concluded.
The 22 year old is viewed to have a very bright future in Italy, having impressed on loan at various Italian clubs. He spent last season on loan at both Pescara, and FC Latina.
Viviani has chose a move to Leeds over Latina, for whom he made 21 appearances for towards the back end of last season, scoring three goals.
The player, along with his agent is expected at Elland Road for further talks this evening.
