The 2017/18 campaign was a major wake up call for Reading, who struggled in the Sky Bet Championship.

Paul Clement eventually led the Royals to safety, but they flirted with relegation for a lot of the second-half of the season.

Work was needed to be done in the transfer window, with Reading reasonably busy, but mainly in the free agent market.

Andy Yiadom, John O’Shea and David Meyler have all been signed, whilst Marc McNulty is another addition Clement has made.

It’s fair to say that more work needs to be done in the coming weeks, with players needing to be moved on and replaced with real quality.

Here at FLW, we wanted to see how Reading’s supporters were feeling about the transfer window so far.

Here is a look at what supporters are saying on Twitter…

The business conducted so far is obviously underwhelming, with Reading’s supporters not impressed in the slightest by what Clement has done.

Things need to improve towards the end of this month.
