Charlton Athletic are keeping an eye on Bristol Rovers striker Jonson Clarke-Harris as well as team-mate Ollie Clarke, according to The Sun's Alan Nixon.

The Addicks are desperate to bolster their squad ahead of a Championship survival bid in the second half of the campaign, and it is now being reported they have turned their attention to Clarke-Harris who has been thriving in League One over the last year.

The Rovers' main man has netted 20 goals in 33 League One matches since sealing his move from Coventry last January, and it now appears his electric goalscoring form has captured the attention of Lee Bowyer who is targeting further attacking options.

There is every chance that Charlton could lose the services of star striker Lyle Taylor this month amid previous reported interest from the likes of Sheffield Wednesday and West Brom, with this making it vital that Bowyer has attacking strength in depth.

This has led the Addicks to the possibility of signing Clarke-Harris from the Gas, while it is also being reported that the South London outfit are "very keen" on a move for Rovers' midfielder Clarke.
