Reading haven't had a lot going on this summer so far but Jose Gomes will surely be eager to try and get that sorted before too long.

The Royals do need to add to their squad if they're to have a better campaign than they have in recent seasons but, at the same time, they will need to spend wisely.

Whether that means that they look to sell a few players this window remains to be seen, then, but it would appear that they are open to cashing in on Mo Barrow.

Indeed, as per journalist Courtney Friday, the Royals are open to letting him go if a club meets the following asking price:

The Verdict

Barrow is a decent player but it seems as though the club is ready to move him on this summer and try to raise some funds.

Indeed, he's a player with some real talent but he has pushed for an exit before during his time at the club and it might now be best to get his wages off of the books.

The question will be, meanwhile, can Reading get someone in to replace him and who will that be?

Certainly, a summer of changes could well be on the way to the Madejski Stadium.
