Charlton Athletic take on Oxford United tomorrow evening in Sky Bet League One as they look to keep their winning run going in the third tier.

The Addicks always felt as though their season would start in earnest after the end of the transfer window and, with that in mind, it has been a real boost for fans to see their new-look team rack up the points.

They've climbed the league table and are just outside the play-off places now after their win at Northampton Town and now they'll be looking to beat an Oxford side that also picked up three points with a 3-2 scoreline against MK Dons.

In terms of team news, Lee Bowyer may well be tempted to rotate in certain areas - he has said time and again this season he will - to keep players fresh with us well into a run of games every few days.

At the same time, he has momentum to keep in mind so he'll obviously want to avoid too many changes against the Yellows.

Chuks Aneke missed the Northampton clash with a groin injury and may well sit out again, with Omar Bogle perhaps set to stay in the side.

In midfield, Marcus Maddison made the bench for the game at Sixfields and could be in contention to feature more tomorrow night, with Lee Bowyer rotating his midfield at the weekend.

Indeed, he needed Darren Pratley to come on and get the scoring going in the second-half and he may well come back into the side tomorrow, with Ben Watson also potentially set to return to the starting XI.

Defensively, Ian Maatsen came in for Ben Purrington who was suspended and will want to stay in the side, whilst the duo of Akin Famewo and Ryan Inniss kept another clean sheet and have no reason to not start together with Chris Gunter on the right of them.

Ben Amos, meanwhile, will continue in between the sticks.

Elsewhere, Alex Gilbey is working his way back to fitness but it might be a surprise to see him in the starting XI tomorrow.
