Goalkeeper Jordan Smith has been at Nottingham Forest since the age of seven.

The 25-year-old made his professional debut for the Reds back in 2017 against Norwich City, and went on to make several appearances for the club.

However, his career has stuttered at the City Ground in recent years with the keeper spending stints on loan at Barnsley and Mansfield over the last two years.

As it stands, it's fair to say that Smith is nowhere near the starting eleven in Sabri Lamouchi's side as Brice Samba continues to retain the number one spot.

The Congolese keeper has been one of Lamouchi's best additions and his impressive displays in between the sticks have gained many plaudits, and ultimately deflected any hopes of Smith returning to the Forest team.

With football currently paused, it allows time for fans, managers and owners to take stock of the players in their squad and it remains to be seen what the future holds for Smith at Forest.
