‘Unfortunate’, ‘It wasn’t to be’ – Plenty of Nottingham Forest fans react as player departs the City Ground

Plenty of Nottingham Forest fans have taken to social media to give their reaction, after the club confirmed that striker Rafa Mir has left the City Ground.
The 22-year-old joined Forest on a season-long loan from Wolves in the summer, but he struggled to make an impact for the Reds and failed to score in 13 appearances.
The Spaniard started just two games in the Championship and struggled to get into the team ahead Lewis Grabban. His loan spell has been cut short and he will now return to his parent club Wolves.
He was criticised by Forest fans throughout his time at the club for some disappointing performances on the pitch and in the end, his departure from the City Ground is not a major surprise.
Sabri Lamouchi admitted recently that the forward would ‘probably’ be leaving Forest this month and the club have been linked with various different strikers over the past few weeks.
QUIZ: Can you name these 14 ex-Nottingham Forest strikers?
Plenty of Forest fans were quick to react to the news that Mir has left the club on social media. Some supporters admitted that they are pleased the Spaniard has departed, while others wished the player all the best for the future.
