Leeds United have been in a difficult way in recent weeks but there is still plenty to be optimistic about.

The men from Elland Road have had an up and down year but whilst we wait to see if Paul Heckingbottom can help turn things around for the club for the remainder of this season, let's take a look at some positives.

Indeed, in our first FLW Price-Tags feature we're lavishing praise on Samuel Saiz and the campaign he has had this season.

Of course, he's recently been suspended from some games - who hasn't of late at Leeds? - but otherwise he has been arguably the Whites' best player with nine goals and five assists in all competitions from midfield.

We've been thinking about his price-tag here at Football League World, then, and think that he is being grossly undervalued at the moment.

Transfermarkt has him down as worth £2.25m whilst we're more of the opinion he's worth a cool £15m:

That's an undervaluation of £12.75m in our eyes and if a club did try and sign the Spaniard they'd surely have to match closer to our figure to sign him.

He's become a vital Leeds man this season, and he deserves a valuation that reflects that.
