Many Birmingham City fans have taken to Twitter to react to Jude Bellingham's post following the club's 1-1 draw with Brentford.

The midfielder tweeted two pictures from the clash at St Andrew's which capture the moment when his early strike hit the post.

Following Bellingham's effort, Birmingham took the lead in the 13th minute as Lukas Jutkiewicz fired home from Gary Gardner's cross.

Brentford then levelled up proceedings via a header from Ethan Pinnock.

Whilst the Bees dominated vast sway of possession in the second-half, they were unable to breakdown a resilient Birmingham side.

After Blues goalkeeper Lee Camp produced a fantastic save to deny Emiliano Marcondes, the hosts saw their appeals for a late penalty turned down by referee Steve Martin.

As a result of this draw, Birmingham closed the gap between them and the play-off places in the Championship to nine points.

Set to face Sheffield Wednesday this weekend, the Blues will be determined to extend their current unbeaten run to 11 games in all competitions.
