David Wagner's side put their weekend defeat behind them as the Terriers went away comfortable 3-0 winners in the home encounter against Norwich City on Wednesday evening.

A fairly dull first-half of football was followed by a end-to-end second set of 45 minutes, which included all three of Huddersfield Town's goals.

The first one came in the 66th minute as Elias Kachunga took advantage of a defensive error from the visitors to slot home past the goalkeeper.

They then doubled their lead just moments later when loanee Aaron Mooy calmly put home and shortly after the hosts ensured all points stayed in Yorkshire, as striker Nahki Wells finished his effort under Norwich's Michael McGovern.

Despite being nine points behind second-placed Brighton & Hove Albion, Huddersfield do have a game in-hand over their closest rivals - keeping up with Reading and the Seagulls who recorded victories in their midweek fixtures as well.

Here is how the Terriers' supporters reacted to the win on Twitter.....
