Sunderland have had a good start to life in League One, with the Wearside outfit unbeaten in their seven league games so far this season.

Despite that positive start, they will be slightly frustrated with two successive draws at the Stadium of Light against Oxford and Fleetwood in their past two games.

Jack Ross' men will look to get back to winning ways against Burton Albion this weekend, with the Brewers having struggled since relegation from the Championship.

And, the former St. Mirren man could consider making changes for the trip, with several players pushing for a start.

Sunderland boast one of the strongest squads in the division and with the fixtures set to come thick and fast, Ross will have to start making some changes.

Here we look at TWO players who could come in for the game at the Pirelli Stadium...

The Black Cats signed the Bradford striker in the summer but he had to wait to make his debut because of an injury.

Wyke did come on as a sub against Oxford and scored the crucial equaliser, and he has got more minutes under his belt in the Checkatrade Trophy, then as a sub against Fleetwood.

He's now match fit and ready to start. The target man could provide the team with a focal point and physical presence against Burton.

It would be tough to drop Josh Maja or Chris Maguire, but Wyke was bought to be the main man at Sunderland.

Another striker who has suffered with injuries since signing this summer is Sinclair.

However, like Wyke, he has been used as a sub in recent games and will have built his fitness up over the past few weeks.

He would give the side a forward option that can stretch the defence with his pace and Ross must be excited at the prospect of pairing Sinclair and Wyke together at some point.

That could be Saturday and the team may have even more cutting edge in the final third.
