‘Attack and play football’ – Nottingham Forest fans speak ahead of trip to Rotherham United

Published

on

Nottingham Forest travel to the New York Stadium this evening to take on Rotherham United in the Sky Bet Championship, with the Reds looking for another solid performance to follow-up their impressive draw against Aston Villa at the weekend

The Reds are unbeaten in four games in all competitions and could go as high as fifth with a win in South Yorkshire this evening, with morale seemingly high around the City Ground at the moment.

Boss Philippe Montanier has confirmed that Forest will be without Thomas Lam, Matty Cash, David Vaughan and the influential Britt Assombalonga, whilst Hildeberto Pereira will miss out through suspension.

Nicklas Bendtner will be part of the Forest squad for the first time this evening and Chris Cohen could return after missing the Villa game through a minor injury.

The Millers have won just once in the league this season and Forest will look to pile more pressure on Alan Stubbs’ side, who languish near the foot of the Championship table.

Football League World writer Lee Clarke has been perusing through Twitter to get the reaction of Forest fans ahead of this evening’s game.
