‘Tricky one to call’, ‘Derby will edge it 2-1’ – Fans debate Derby’s home match with Hull on Friday

The Sky Bet Championship gets back underway on Friday as Gary Rowett’s Derby County entertain Hull City at Pride Park in front of the Sky Sports cameras.

Both sides have endured relatively mediocre starts to their respective seasons and will be looking to secure three points on Friday to really kickstart their campaigns.

The Tigers currently occupy eighth spot in the Championship, having accumulated seven points from five league games, whilst the Rams sit in 12th place having amassed the same amount of points.

Leonid Slutsky’s Hull side welcomed a number of new additions to their side over the transfer window, and recent acquisitions Nouha Dicko and Jackson Irvine could be in line for a start against the Rams on Friday.

Meanwhile, Derby secured a deal for Sam Winnall on loan from Sheffield Wednesday, and the former Barnsley man could be in line to make his debut for Gary Rowett’s men.
