It's been a bit of an odd season so far for Norwich City with the men from Carrow Road enjoying some good form and enduring some pretty torrid results too.

Certainly, when the Canaries get it right they are a real force to be reckoned with and they have the ability in their squad to challenge for the top six.

Something doesn't appear to be right, then, and it'll be interesting to see how the fans respond to Daniel Farke if the club ends up losing to Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.

That is all in the future for now, though, and so we're concentrating more on a story from HITC whereby the Canaries are apparently seeing interest grow in Remi Matthews.

The goalkeeper hasn't had much of a look-in this season for the Yellows with the likes of Angus Gunn and Michael McGovern in front of him in the pecking order.

He impressed on a recent loan spell with Plymouth Argyle, though, and it would appear that there's a few League One clubs lining up in January to try and take him on loan once more.

Norwich might be tempted to sanction a deal, too, so let's see what happens.

The Verdict

The Yellows have a decent squad so something isn't quite right amongst some of the personnel, surely.

Meanwhile, Matthews looks set for another loan spell away from the club at the very least as you can't see Norwich keeping him for the rest of this season.
